Jashpur, 05/01/2222 According to the guidelines issued by the State Government and the Government of India, conditional relaxation was given from time to time in most of the restrictions imposed in the past in relation to the control of Corona virus (Kovid-19). The above partial restrictions were reviewed, due to which due to the continuous increase in the number of corona virus positive cases at present, it is necessary to strictly follow the restrictions/conditions imposed earlier at each level of the district administration and impose reasonable restrictions according to the situation. has gone . In this regard, Government, General Administration Department, Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur by order number 567/S.A.P. / 2021 Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, necessary guidelines have been issued under the date 04.01.2022. Since the rate of Kovid-19 positivity in district Jashpur is more than 04 percent. Hence the General Administration Department. In exercise of the powers conferred by the instructions received by the Government, Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, Section 30, 34 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 read with Epidemic Act, 1897 as amended in 2020, Ritesh Kumar Agrawal, Collector and District Magistrate, District Jashpur (C.G.) I issue the following order :
1. Night curfew is implemented under Jashpur district from 10:00 pm to 06:00 am, but following the Kovid guideline, wholesale trade, vegetable market, loading-unloading and transportation will be allowed. Petrol pumps, medicine shops, medicine delivery, ambulances will be exempted from restrictions and will operate as usual on regular schedule.
2. Hotels, restaurants, dhabas, food courts and other food related establishments will operate with 1/3rd capacity till 08:00 pm, takeaway and home delivery can be done only till 12:00 pm.
3. All types of processions, rallies, meetings, public functions, social/cultural/religious/sports (except marriage and funeral programs) etc., under district Jashpur, will be completely banned till further orders. A maximum of 50 persons will be allowed to participate in the wedding ceremony and funeral / Dashgatra etc. For this it will be necessary to take prior permission from the concerned sub-divisional magistrate.
4. If a person complains of cold, cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, diarrhoea, vomiting or body ache, then get the Kovid-19 test done at the nearest Navjapunad center and get the test report. It will be mandatory to stay in home quarantine till the time the report is positive and if permission is given for home isolation, it will be mandatory to strictly follow the conditions of permission.
5. All wholesale shops, gyms, cinema halls, theater auditoriums, hotels, restaurants, marriage halls and other venues under Jashpur district should be operated with one-third capacity till further orders.
5. It will be mandatory for all business establishment operators, employees and customers to use masks during business. It will be mandatory for all the businessmen to keep masks for sale in their shop/institution so that first of all the masks can be sold/distributed to the customers who come to shop without wearing masks and then other goods/services should be sold in case of violation. The officers of the body will ensure the challan proceedings in collaboration with the police department.
7. Private hospitals will regularly update the bed availability information on the website of the Health Department.
8. Operation of all schools, Anganwadi centers, play schools will not be allowed. Classes will continue in online mode. Children in the age group of 15-18 years can be called for Kovid vaccination work following the Kovid guidelines and physical distancing in the school premises. The distribution of materials/rations given under the Mid-Day Meal Scheme should be ensured to the respective children's homes.
9. Schools selected as examination centers for examinations conducted by Union Public Service Commission / State Public Service Commission / Staff Selection Commission / Professional Examination Board etc. will be opened only for the purpose of conducting examinations.
10. The operation of library, swimming bridge, water park etc. will be completely banned under Jashpur district till further orders.
11. Random checking of passengers coming on the road borders of the state will be done.
12 If a Kovid-19 positive patient is found in any area, the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate will declare a micro / mini containment zone and it will be mandatory for all the people of the said area to follow all the guidelines related to the containment zone.
13. It will be mandatory to use masks with physical distancing in all public places, crowds, markets, shops etc. In case of violation, strict challan action will be taken by the police and the urban body.
14. Weekly Haat Bazar (Thursday and Sunday) under Municipality Jashpur will be completely closed till further orders. The concerned sub-divisional magistrate will broadcast the order to close the weekly Haat market in rural areas / and other urban areas according to the situation.
15. Use of video conferencing facility for meetings should be encouraged.
16. Government officials shall refrain from traveling by air or in crowded trains, unless it is absolutely unavoidable to do so.
17. Keeping in view the increasing infection of corona virus (COVID - 19) in Jashpur district, if any person refuses to cooperate with the officers / employees related to corona virus surveillance, investigation, physical examination by inspection team, quarantine and treatment or refuses to give the desired information or does not follow the instructions of the monitoring team or violates this order, then that person shall be punished under section 270 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 read with the Epidemic Diseases Act 1897 and the Disaster Management Act, 2005.
